Face to Face Counselling

Many people feel that face to face is the 'traditional' method of counselling. For some people, leaving their familiar environment can be an important part of the process when accessing therapy. I offer face to face counselling in Radcliffe, Bury and the counselling room is part of a calm and tranquil centre called the Wellness Centre.

Telephone/Video Counselling

There are a number of benefits linked to telephone counselling. Whilst some clients may feel comforted to see the face of their counsellor, others have found that telephone counselling has left them feeling at ease earlier on in the counselling process. Telephone counselling allows you to talk things through in your own space, which may feel more comfortable.

Video/Skype counselling offers the opportunity to see your counsellor without having to travel to the counselling room.

I offer telephone and video sessions to individuals based anywhere in the UK.
